Section 1: No Returns Policy

USA Peptide Sciences does not accept returns for any products once shipped. Due to the sensitive, laboratory-grade, and research-specific nature of our compounds, we cannot accept returned items for health, safety, and quality assurance reasons. This policy applies to all products, regardless of whether they have been opened or remain sealed.

All sales are final. By placing an order with USA Peptide Sciences, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a return, exchange, or refund simply due to a change of mind, research project cancellation, or order duplication.

Section 2: Eligibility for Refund Consideration

While we do not accept returns, refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Wrong item shipped: You received a product different from what was ordered.
• Damaged in transit: The product packaging or vial arrived physically damaged.
• Lost shipment: Tracking shows as delivered but package never arrived (subject to carrier investigation).
• Order cancellation before processing: If you cancel before payment confirmation or before processing begins, a full refund may be issued.

No refunds will be issued for: Improper storage, mishandling, incorrect usage, expiration after receipt, or any issues arising after the product has been opened or removed from original packaging.

Section 3: Timeframe for Claims

To be eligible for refund consideration, you must report any issue within:

• 14 calendar days from the date of delivery confirmation for damaged or wrong items
• 7 calendar days from order placement for cancellation requests (before processing)
• 30 calendar days for lost package investigations (carrier-dependent)

Claims submitted outside these windows will not be considered for refund or replacement.

Section 4: How to Submit a Claim

To file a claim for damaged, lost, or incorrect orders, please follow these steps:

Required documentation includes:

• Order number and customer name
• Clear photographs of damaged product (if applicable)
• Photographs of the outer packaging showing shipping label and any external damage
• Description of the issue (wrong item, missing item, damage type)

Section 5: Refund Process & Methods

If a refund is approved, USA Peptide Sciences will process it according to the original payment method:

• Manual payment (bank/wire): Refund issued to the same account within 5-10 business days.
• Cryptocurrency payments: Refund issued in the same cryptocurrency or USD equivalent at current market rates. Network transaction fees are deducted from the refund amount.
• Store credit: Alternative option for customers who prefer credit toward future orders.

Refunds are processed only after our team completes a thorough investigation. Partial refunds may be issued for orders with only specific items affected.

Section 6: Non-Refundable Items & Situations

The following are not eligible for any refund or replacement:

• Products opened, reconstituted, or removed from original packaging
• Products stored improperly (temperature, light, humidity)
• Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
• Orders refused at customs (customers are responsible for knowing import regulations)
• Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs (tracking confirms dispatch)
• Minor cosmetic variations in packaging (product integrity unaffected)
• Change of research direction or project cancellation after shipment

Section 7: Order Cancellations

Before payment confirmation: You may cancel your order at no charge by contacting support before processing begins.

After payment confirmation but before shipping: Cancellations may be accepted with a 10% processing fee to cover verification and administrative costs.

After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. The standard refund policy applies (damaged/wrong/lost only).

Section 8: Chargeback Policy

USA Peptide Sciences takes chargebacks seriously. If you dispute a valid charge with your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team, we reserve the right to:

• Permanently close your customer account
• Refuse future orders from your name, email, or shipping address
• Fight the chargeback with appropriate transaction evidence
