Final Sale Policy

Due to the research-specific nature of our products, all sales are final once processing begins. No returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Order Verification

Customers are responsible for verifying order details before payment confirmation. Once confirmed, processing begins immediately.

Claim Window

Order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery confirmation to qualify for review.

Crypto Refunds

Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in USD equivalent or same crypto, minus network fees, at current market rates.

No refunds will be issued for: Improper storage, mishandling, incorrect usage, expiration after receipt, or any issues arising after the product has been opened or removed from original packaging.

  • 7 calendar days from order placement for cancellation requests (before processing)
  • 30 calendar days for lost package investigations (carrier-dependent)

Claims submitted outside these windows will not be considered for refund or replacement.

If a refund is approved, USA Peptide Sciences will process it according to the original payment method:

  • Manual payment (bank/wire): Refund issued to the same account within 5-10 business days.
  • Cryptocurrency payments: Refund issued in the same cryptocurrency or USD equivalent at current market rates. Network transaction fees are deducted from the refund amount.
  • Store credit: Alternative option for customers who prefer credit toward future orders.

Refunds are processed only after our team completes a thorough investigation. Partial refunds may be issued for orders with only specific items affected.

Section 6: Non-Refundable Items & Situations

The following are not eligible for any refund or replacement:

  • Products opened, reconstituted, or removed from original packaging
  • Products stored improperly (temperature, light, humidity)

Before payment confirmation: You may cancel your order at no charge by contacting support before processing begins.

After payment confirmation but before shipping: Cancellations may be accepted with a 10% processing fee to cover verification and administrative costs.

After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. The standard refund policy applies (damaged/wrong/lost only).

USA Peptide Sciences takes chargebacks seriously. If you dispute a valid charge with your financial institution without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently close your customer account
